1.) During the term of the Lease, the Lessee, at its expense, will maintain and provide a copy to the Owner of liability insurance and property damage insurance bodily. The amount must correspond to at least two million dollars ($2,000,000.00). He agreed that homeowner's insurance does not cover personal property and property of the lessee.

If the lessee want to replace new appliances are taken away by the tenant at the end of the lease.
11.) The tenant is responsible for mowing lawn, landlord can provide lawnmower.
